Alexandra Christina Teachout (37) Homeless - Alexandra Teachout was arrested on 2/5/25 at 9 am on the 100 block of West Main Street in the City of Watertown on charges of Criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree. Teachout possessed a dagger knife which was sharp on both edges of the blade, in violation of NYS Penal Law section 265.01 subsection 2 and has been previously convicted of the felony of Sale & Delivery of schedule 3 drugs (2 counts under Tennessee Criminal Offenses), all of which is in violation of the statute made and provided in such case. Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree. Teachout knowingly and unlawfully possess crack cocaine, a narcotic drag, possessed in a manner and quantity consistent with the intent to sell crack cocaine. Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree. Teachout  knowingly and unlawfully possess methamphetamine, a controlled substance, packaged in a manner and quantity consistent with the intent to sell 

 

Damar Leves Simmons (47) Homeless - On 02/05/25 Simmons was arrested for Aggravated criminal contempt. Simmons did violate and active stay away order of protection, Order 24-002952 signed by Hon. Judge Dwyer in Oneida County Court on August 30, 2023, when he intentionally struck the protected party in the face causing several lacerations to her face and swelling around her eye during a domestic incident. Criminal mischief in the fourth degree. Simmons intentionally hit a cell phone out of the victims hand and walk away with the phone after being told she was calling the police for emergency assistance during a domestic incident.

 

Damar Leves Simmons (47) Homeless - On 02/05/25 on the 1600 Block of Hunington Street, Simmons was arrested for Criminal contempt in the first degree. Simmons did knowingly and intentionally commit the offense of criminal contempt in the first degree when he knowingly violated a stay away order of protection while having been previously convicted of criminal contempt in the second degree on 08/14/2024 by Watertown City Court. Criminal contempt in the first degree. Simmons violated an active stay away order of protection signed by the Honorable Judge Michael Dwyer out of Oneida County Court (Order No: 2023-000150) when, with the intent to harass, annoy or alarm, the defendant spit on the protected party during a domestic incident, while having a previous conviction of Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree on 08/14/2023 out of Watertown City Court. Harassment in the second degree. Simmons did with intent to harass, annoy or alarm, spit in the face of the protected party during a domestic incident. Criminal contempt in the first degree. Simmons violated a stay away order of protection signed by Judge Michael L Dwyer out of Oneida County Court with an order number of 2023-000105, expiring on 08/30/2029 when he pushed the protected party, Meagan Sayder-Simmons, to the floor of her apartment located at 1620 Huntington St Apt L5 during a domestic incident. Harassment in the second degree. Simons did shove the victim, Meagan Sayder-Simmons, to the floor of her apartment located at 1620 Huntington St Apt 15 during a domestic incident.  Criminal contempt in the first degree.Simmons did knowingly and intentionally commit the crime of criminal contempt in the first degree when he knowingly violated a stay away order of protection signed by Judge Michael L. Dwyer out of Oneida County Court with an order number of 2023-000105, expiring on 08/03/2029, who he was with the protected party at her residence when apprehended by the police on an unrelated offense while having been previously convicted of criminal contempt in the second degree on 08/14/2024 in the City of Watertown Court

Watertown City Police Department – Daily Arrest Log
Date: June 4, 2025

Gary Amos Collins, 47, of 111 N Rutland St, Watertown, NY, was arrested at 8:09 a.m. on June 3, 2025, and charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree, a class A misdemeanor. Collins allegedly violated a stay-away order of protection issued by Jefferson County Family Court by entering the residence of the protected party. He was processed and held for arraignment in Watertown City Court.


Luke Allen Bohn, 35, of 896 S Massey St, Watertown, NY, was arrested at 11:32 p.m. on June 3, 2025, and charged with:

Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree
Both are class A misdemeanors. Bohn is accused of unlawfully entering and remaining at a residence on Bronson St after being repeatedly told to leave and was also found in possession of nine Clonazepam pills. He was held pending arraignment.

City of Watertown - Police Blotter 4/29/25

Justin David Childers (37) 355 Keyes Ave - Childers was arrested by police for two counts of Harassment in the Second Degree, Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree, Resisting Arrest & Obstructing Governmental Administration in the Second Degree degree. Police report state that he did knowingly and intentionally kick an interior bedroom door causing the door to break. Police stay he also with the intent to harass annoy or alarm another person did knowingly grab the victim by her clothing while she attempted to get away from the defendant during a domestic incident. When police arrived he did knowingly unintentionally push a uniformed officer during a criminal investigation. When placed under arrest he tensed his arms and refused to provide his hands for handcuffing. While police attempted to process Mr Childers he refused to provide fingerprints or photographs for his arrest processing. He was held pending his arraignment to City Court.

Police Blotter - City of Watertown 4/25/25

Andrea Ann Brozzo (40) 409 Academy St - Brozzo was arrested on the 500 block of Clay Street in the city on an executive bench warrant for Jefferson County family Court. The defendant was transported to PSB, processed, and turned over to the Jefferson County sheriff's office.

Elvin Brandon Nieves (33) 25791 NYS RT 37 Apt#109 - Nieves is charged by police with public lewdness in the first degree, endangering the welfare of a child and possession of a controlled substance in the Seventh degree. Police report state that the defendant exposed his genitals to a female victim as well as a 3-year-old juvenile and did intentionally stroke his genitals while speaking to another victim at Holy Family Church located at 129 Winthrop Street. The defendant was also previously convicted of public lewdness on 04/03/2025. He was arrested on the above charges and transported to PSB where he was processed and released with an appearance ticket for Watertown city court with a date of 04/28/2025 at9:00 am.
